Min praktikperiode på 12 uger under 4. semester af min uddannelse til multimediedesigner foregik hos Webdesign, som jeg også er ejer af virksomheden. vi er et Webbureau firma, som blev grundlagt tilbage i 2015. Mit interesseområde ligger inden for at lave hjemmeside, webshop, social medie indhold og grafisk arbejde og i min praktikperiode lavede jeg mange wordpress hjemmesider, woocommerce webshops, skrev mange facebook og instagram opslag både til moonstar webdesign og deres kunder, det betød at jeg arbejdede særlig meget i programmerne Adobe Photoshop og Illustrator for at lave design plakater og billeder.

Firmaet har sin egen hjemmeside, social medie sider og en webshop. Der er udviklingsmulighed for at man kan arbejde med alle mediekanaler. Jeg havde store forventninger til min praktikperiode, da det var første gang jeg havde muligheden for at arbejde fuld tid i min virksomhed og der også var 3 praktikanter som gav mulighed at få flere kunder i samme periode. Derudover kan vi bruge en masse energi på at udføre opgaven korrekt, markedsføring gennem forskellige markedsføringskanaler, at sætte reklamebudget beløb og vise alle cases som vi har haft succes med. Dermed arbejder man mere seo-optimering og får mere trafik på hjemmesiden.

Seo optimering er meget vigtigt for virksomheden. Men det er også vigtigt at når kunder klikker vores hjemmeside, så viser vi dem vores professionelle arbejde og de beslutter at arbejde med os. Fordi statistik viser at vi får mange klik i hverdagen fra google men der er ingen salg.
Hvordan kan man skabe et bedre indblik i og en forståelse for målgruppen, så Moonstar kan målrette deres kommunikation til ny kunder?

Jeg vil fokusere på mersalg. Da vi har 80 kunder og vi kan sælger flere produkter til dem. Dvs. hvis man har kun en hjemmeside, så kan vi sælge social medie pakke eller seo pakke til dem. Eksisterende kunder kender os og vi har et godt kendskab til hinanden. Det bliver ikke svært at komme i kontakt med dem og oplyse dem om alle vores produkter. Når vi kontakter dem, kan de også få feedback på deres hjemmeside eller social mediekanaler.
