Brugerundersøgelsens metode
Brugerundersøgelsen er en spørgeskemaundersøgelse
blandt museumsbrugere, som er blevet gennemført siden
2009. Nærværende publikation indeholder resultaterne
fra 2018. Undersøgelsen er gennemført af Rambøll og
Seismonaut som operatører på vegne af Slots- og Kultur-
styrelsen.
Museer og besøgssteder
Undersøgelsen er gennemført på alle statslige og statsa-
nerkendte museer i Danmark. For hvert museum er der
udvalgt mindst et besøgssted, som deltager i undersøgel-
sen. Flere museer deltager med fere besøgssteder. De en-
kelte museer vælger årligt, hvilke besøgssteder de ønsker
at deltage med. Sammenlignet med undersøgelsen fra
2017 kan der derfor være forskel på, hvilke besøgssteder
der er en del af undersøgelsen. Der er i 2018 indsamlet
på 116 besøgssteder, hvilket er præcis det samme antal
besøgssteder som i 2017. Bilag 1 giver det fulde overblik
over, hvilke museer og besøgssteder der indgår i undersø-
gelsen i 2018.
Målgruppe
Målgruppen for undersøgelsen er personer på 14 år og
derover, der har brugt et af de deltagende besøgssteder
eller har deltaget i deres arrangementer i 2018. Målgrup-
pen omfatter både brugere med bopæl i Danmark og
brugere med bopæl i udlandet.
Spørgeskema
Spørgeskemaet er identisk med spørgeskemaet for 2017
med henblik på at sikre størst mulig grad af sammenlig-
nelighed.
