I det følgende udfoldes metoden

bag henholdsvis brugerundersøgel-
sen og ikke-brugerundersøgelsen.

Brugerundersøgelsens metode
Brugerundersøgelsen er en spørgeskemaundersøgelse
blandt museumsbrugere, som er blevet gennemført siden

  1. Nærværende publikation indeholder resultaterne
    fra 2018. Undersøgelsen er gennemført af Rambøll og

Seismonaut som operatører på vegne af Slots- og Kultur-
styrelsen.

Museer og besøgssteder

Undersøgelsen er gennemført på alle statslige og statsa-
nerkendte museer i Danmark. For hvert museum er der

udvalgt mindst et besøgssted, som deltager i undersøgel-
sen. Flere museer deltager med fere besøgssteder. De en-
kelte museer vælger årligt, hvilke besøgssteder de ønsker

at deltage med. Sammenlignet med undersøgelsen fra
2017 kan der derfor være forskel på, hvilke besøgssteder
der er en del af undersøgelsen. Der er i 2018 indsamlet
på 116 besøgssteder, hvilket er præcis det samme antal
besøgssteder som i 2017. Bilag 1 giver det fulde overblik

over, hvilke museer og besøgssteder der indgår i undersø-
gelsen i 2018.

Målgruppe
Målgruppen for undersøgelsen er personer på 14 år og
derover, der har brugt et af de deltagende besøgssteder

eller har deltaget i deres arrangementer i 2018. Målgrup-
pen omfatter både brugere med bopæl i Danmark og

brugere med bopæl i udlandet.
Spørgeskema
Spørgeskemaet er identisk med spørgeskemaet for 2017

med henblik på at sikre størst mulig grad af sammenlig-
nelighed.

Besøgsstedets indsamling
Besvarelserne i dette års undersøgelse er indsamlet over
syv hele uger. De syv uger er fordelt, så både ferie- og

helligdage, weekender, hverdage samt høj- og lavsæson
dækkes.
Eftersom åbningstider og det årlige antal af besøgende
varierer fra besøgssted til besøgssted, er der udarbejdet

en indsamlingsplan for hvert enkelt deltagende besøgs-
sted, der angiver besøgsstedets syv indsamlingsperioder.

Indsamlingen er foregået i hele besøgsstedets åbningstid i
alle åbningsdage i indsamlingsugen.
Da størrelsen på besøgsstederne varierer, er der forskel
på, hvor mange besvarelser det enkelte besøgssted kan
og bør indsamle. Derfor har Rambøll givet et vejledende

estimat til, hvor mange invitationer det er hensigtsmæs-
sigt at uddele. Tallet varierer fra besøgssted til besøgssted

og er udregnet på baggrund af besøgsstedernes besøgstal.
Dette har haft til formål at give museerne et tal at stræbe

efter og samtidig en forståelse for, hvor stor stikprøve-
størrelsen gerne skulle være.

Undervejs i indsamlingen har Rambøll samt Slots- og
Kulturstyrelsen vurderet besøgsstedernes overholdelse
af indsamlingsperioderne og efter behov fulgt op for at
sikre et repræsentativt udsnit af museumsbrugerne.
Brugerens besvarelse
Museerne har haft mulighed for at anvende forskellige
indsamlingsmetoder, hvilket har øget feksibiliteten og
muligheden for at nå brugerne. Besvarelser er indsamlet
ved følgende fre metoder:
• Indsamling via en opstillet tablet/PC på museet
• Indsamling via en ofine-app på udleveret tablet og
smartphone
• Besvarelse via brugerens mobiltelefon på basis af
QR-kode/SMS-nøgleord

• Registrering af brugerens e-mailadresse og efterføl-
gende fremsendelse af e-mail med link til spørgeske-
maet.

Med indsamlingsmetoderne har brugeren haft mu-
lighed for at besvare spørgeskemaet på museet eller

efter besøget. Uanset indsamlingsmetode har brugeren
haft mulighed for at se spørgeskemaet på fere sprog.
Spørgeskemaet var indledningsvist tilgængeligt på dansk,
