Butikscenteret er opkaldt efter den gamle margarinefabrik i Nordsjælland. Det rummer 75 dagligvare-, indretnings- og mode butikker samt restauranter, cafeer og rekreative områder i stueetagen og på første sal, samt beboelse på anden, tredje og fjerde etage – alt fordelt på 1.000 m2. Projektet tog udgangspunkt i et allerede opført, men uafsluttet byggeri. Den nye ejer reviderede detailhandelskonceptet i samarbejde med et designfirma med speciale i kontorindretning. Byggesagen startede med en storentreprise bestående af etablering af lejemål skel mellem de fremtidige butikslejemål samt indretning af alle centerets fælles områder, center gange, toiletter og parkeringskælder.
