Dette er vores første projekt, hvor vi skal vurdere en hjemmeside. Her skal vi bruge analyse og lave et nyt layout til klienten. Min gruppe var på 4 personer, vores gruppe bestod af følgende medlemmer Mads, Frederik, Teresia og mig.

Vores gruppe skal arbejde med Fyens Rideklub hjemmesiden. De har ikke et design og en modern hjemmeside. Klienten er en rideklub forening. De bruger deres hjemmeside til at oplyse nyheder om stævner og forening.

Vi kunne bruge noget statistik fra Danmark Statistik. Vi skulle undersøge hvem målgruppen var, og hvad der er vigtigt for hesteklubben. Vi ville re-designe deres hjemmeside ved at bruge alle vores samlede oplysninger.

Første dag har vi arbejdet med vores gruppe kontrakt og valgt en gruppe leder. Der var en skabelon så vi kunne gennemgå spørgsmålene. Vores gruppemedlemmer var enig om alle punkterne i gruppe kontrakten.

Da vi afleverede gruppe kontrakten, startede vi med at arbejde med vores klients hjemmeside. Vi har fundet væsentligste problemer ved hjemmesiden. Vi har brugt Nobanet Usability Guidelines (NUG – Appendix A). Vi har individuelt evalueret rideklubbens hjemmeside.

Derefter har vi samlet dem et sted og diskuteret omkring det. Vi har valgt 4 alvorlige problemer og 4 mindre alvorlige problemer og ud fra det har vi formuleret forslag til hvordan vi kunne løse problemerne.

Vi har valgt vores målgruppe og fundet 3 personer som vi kunne spørge om deres brugeroplevelse af hjemmesiden. Vores målgruppe er alle på Fyn, med interesse for ridning. Vi har valgt 5 spørgsmål i vores interviews for at komme i dybden med at hjælpe brugeren ud fra deres forventninger.

Da vi var færdig med vores interviews, har vi lavet heuristiske analyse af klient hjemmesiden. Vi har kigget på Jakob Nielsens 10 generelle principper for interaktionsdesign igennem. De kaldes ”heuristikker”, fordi de er brede tommelfingerregler og ikke specifikke retningslinjer for brugervenlighed. Da vi er gået igennem disse punkter, har vi haft en analyse af klient hjemmesiden.

C.R.A.P Analyse er også et vigtigt analyseværktøj til at få gode resultater på kort tid. C.R.A.P har 4 punkter som vi skulle gennemgå. Dette er kontrast, gentagelse, alignment og nærhed. Når man gennemgår disse punkter, får man et overblik over hele hjemmesiden og dets design.

Vi har også lavet Wireframe. Det giver en idé til hvordan hjemmesiden vil komme til at se ud. Derefter arbejdede vi med et re-design af rideklub hjemmesiden i Adobe XD. Det var ikke kun forsiden vi skulle designe, vi skulle også designe alle selvvalgte undersider. Vi har kigget på relevante rideklubs hjemmesider for at få inspiration.

Vi har lavet en klient rapport som vi skulle aflevere til klienten. Det skulle foregå i Adobe InDesign. Vi har fortalt om konklusionen på resultaterne og analysen af evalueringerne. Vi har også skrevet en anbefaling til forbedringer af deres hjemmeside. Vi har afleveret en prototype i Adobe XD link.

Efter afleverede vi vores projekt, vi lavede vores præsentation. Vi har delt vores projekt i 4 dele og hvert gruppemedlem har lavet sin egen præsentation. Gruppelederen har samlet dem i en præsentation. Præsentationen skal udformes til klienten, derfor har de ikke dybt kendskab over teknologien, kodningen eller hjemmesidens programmering.
