J. W., 2009, p.15). Det er kendetegnende for det fleste museers webkommunikation, at interaktionsmu-
lighederne ikke er konversationelle, men snarere tilhører de tre andre interaktionsformer. Brooklyn

Museum er ingen undtagelse fra dette. Jeg vil underbygge denne påstand med endnu et eksempel fra

museets webkommunikation, før jeg afslutningsvist vil illustrere, hvorfor det overhovedet er begræn-
sende ikke at benytte den konversationelle interaktion i forbindelse med Web 2.0.

Brooklyn Museum havde i perioden marts til august 2008 en udstilling i bedste Web 2.0 stil, hvor pub-
likum kunne deltage som med-kuratorer. Udstillingen ’Click! A Crowd-Curated Exhibition’19 blev skabt

med inspiration fra James Surowiecki’s Wisdom of Crowds-teori. Som forklaret i kapitel 2.2 anvendes
