Hvis I skulle stå i den situation, at der ville forekomme en skilsmisse, skal man som hovedregel dele boet ligeligt. Hertil kan der dog ske en skævdeling ved kortvarige ægteskaber. Dette gør sig som regel kun gældende, hvis ægteskabet samt samlivet er mindre end 5 år, hvor I jo sammenlagt har været sammen i 8 år.

Så længe din mand ikke har særeje på huset, vil dette altså skulle deles ligeligt imellem jer.

I forhold til ægtefællebidrag er det her noget, som i selv skal aftale. Kan I ikke nå til enighed vil det være Statsforvaltningen som overtager forhandlingen og fastsætter en bidragsstørrelse.
