Når din krop skal have hvile, gælder det samme for dit hår, og derfor må man ikke sætte håret op i en knold på toppen af hovedet, når vi lægger os til at sove. Et af de produkter, der lover dig hår som en Disney-prinsesse, er ‘hair gummies’ – en slags vitaminpille, der indeholder vitaminer og mineraler som zink og b-vitamin.

Problemet med ‘hair gummies’ er, at kroppen kun kan optage en vis mængde vitaminer, så man skal være i vitaminunderskud til at starte med, hvis man skal gøre sig nogle forhåbninger om, at det skulle virke. Langt de fleste af os er ikke vitaminunderskud, hvis bare vi får en nogenlunde varieret, normal og sund kost, og derfor anbefaler de forskere, som Skønhedslaboratoriet har talt med, altså ikke ‘hair gummies’.
